Need to replace my noisy old 20 year + central heating pump which has no speed control (or more importantly power control). Fancy going green as well and was thinking of the Grundfoss alpha 2 with its variable power which has to be better than the 94 watts my current pump uses. In fact thinking about it my pump uses more power than if I switched every light on in the house!
Any feedback please?...good or bad on the alpha2... and anyone know how it detects when to cut the power?...is the sensor reliable?
