It worked fine for a while, but then it completly stopped cooling last October and it’s been a total headache ever since. We’ve had technicians out four times now. The first three times they just refilled the gas and charged us nearly 8,000 rupees total, promising it woud fix the issue. But it just kept failing again every few weeks and spoiling all our food. Now on the fourth visit, they suddenly “discover” that the fridge has an internal pipe leak. According to their policy, it can't even be repaired. How does an internal pipe just fail on its own in a few years? It’s not like I’m poking around inside the sealed parts of the appliance myself. The engineers just kept refilling the gas blindly instead of checking for this earlier. The worst part is they offered me a pathetic 10k compensation after depreciation for a premium fridge that cost a fortune. I feel like those first three gas refills were just a scam to milk more money out of me before telling me the unit is garbage. Has anyone else dealt with this? I feel completely ripped off and I'm wondering if there's any point in fighting them or if I shoud just cut my losses and buy a diferent brand.
