Ducting to build into a wall

I wish to divert prominent ch pipes by bedding them into a wall.

Any pointers please to suitable ducting c.100mm width x 60mm depth (both internal clearances) to provide a neat finish? Top could be part of the duct or possibly a piece of plywood.

Material needs to be inert to heat given off by the pipes. Some free space is needed to allow for basic thermal insulation around the pipes.

TIA for any help.

You can just chase, insert pipe, spray some expanding foam around them and then plaster over. The foam acts as an insulator and also allows a bit of movement.
