Cut paving slabs - no face mask

Hmmm, looks like I've been a bit of a berk. Just cut 4 patio slabs with a grinder (outside) and remembered ear defenders and googles but didn't wear a face mask. Any exposure is risky but what sort of exposure do you need before you run a real risk of silicosis?

A lot more than that - don't worry about it. If you were cutting paving slabs every day of your life a mask would be a good idea.
