Chipboard and pinholes

We have a taken a new facility woth an existing mezzanine chiboard floor. The gaps in places run oi 5mm. What would be the simplest method of dealing with these or could they be ignored before applying new floor covering (Probably carpet). Duct tape? Mastic of some type?

As well as this problem the walls are made from pre-cast concrete panels. This has lots of pinholes which are of course showing up once painted.

Easy solution bar skimming all with plaster or applying plasterboard ? There is a total of 30m of wall to be treated.

Polyfilla sounds awful tedious. Would there be any type of product brush or spray appliable?
