Back East, we have what are called "snow stakes". They mark the edges of driveway for snow plows. I'm guessing you have fence stakes, there.
Wish you could put something noxious that would stick to tires. Or spray up under, so the cars will drip paint for a week.
I think the answer is a lot more rocks, and much bigger ones.
Rocks high enough to scrape sheet metal.
Or a coffin.
Maybe that's what they're coming for.
Those pictures seem to show a sidewalk that ends just before the corner. There's a few of those weird looking things around here.
