Bottom power plugs do not work. Top ones work.

There are some breakers where the handle moves further past the ON position when tripped rather than to the OFF position. To reset these you have to push the handle very hard past the OFF position and then to the ON position. These can give people trouble in recognizing that they are tripped and also in resetting them. Many have been replaced when all they needed was proper resetting.

You're welcome. Breakers never physically move all the way to off when they open. You always have to feel them out to see if they're open.
