What is the best way to get rid of bats under my roof eaves ? Do ultra sonic bat chasers really work ?

Why try and get rid of them Most people who know them try to attract them. They have a bad rep but it is generally not deserved. They can even be a part of an insect control program.

That's why you give them a bat house overhanging your garden. ;-)

in jersey they can condem your home if there is to much bat fertilizer in the attic.

Once you get them out, install some bat houses away from the house. While you don't want them _in_ or _on_ the house, bats are great to have around. They eat many, many insects each night, including mosquitos.
