Endless Greenery-No Flowers

With all the wet, cold conditions in the month of June, all the flowerbuds in the garden are just sitting there not opening. I tried everything, even nude photos of Cereus Validus but nohting worked. Suggestions?

Some think too many colors ruin a garden. Could be worse - all brown.
