came from! And, assuming several jacks per house instead of one, (that's how Americans move a house, they jack it up at several points) hope that they all fill/empty at the same speed, otherwise your house looks as though it's drunk too much.
Bring back the old gas holders (gasometers) I say! Pump them up with fracked methane when the wind is blowing and collect the potential energy as electrical generation when you let them down.

Nah. Every other turbine has the rubber band. When the wind drops these revolve & blow at the other (un banded) ones.
