Some bloke I know has been working away for three months and has just discovered he had to put £20 pound in the meter to bring it back up to normal i.e arrears for the standing charge at 17p a day totaling £15.30, thats a lot of money for 12 months £61.00 give or take a couple of pounds.

5 months following a fire and about the same for water - (and £380 a month rates - iniquitous!)AWEM
