Indeed. Is it reccomended applying weedkiller a couple of weeks before pressure washing, or is that a bit pointless?
Mm, hadn't realised that re-applying sand would be necessary but thinking about it that makes sense. Roughly what sort of coverage do you get? And do you just get the kiln-dried stuff from the builder's merchant? (can't recall ever having seen it on sale anywhere TBH).
