Hello, was called to a machine tonight, wouldn't empty. Went through all the usual,filter, hose connection under sink etc. But then found the ball that stops detergent falling into the pump sump was causing the problem. It was cracked and had filled with water but more to the point was actually between the rotating and outer drums, I thought it should be in the rubber sump bit going to the pump. Anybody else had this and does anyone know exactly where the ball should be? Have taken it out for now as laydee was using dosing sachets anyway. All advice gratefully received. Rich.
