Would need to know what sub floor was constructed from .floating floor ,joists ,or concrete and screed,but a deflection of 2 3 mm in a corner with full body weight is hardly the end of the world as we know it.Suggest you do not stand in corner

Had it inspected. Reckoned to be a poor but not disastrous attempt. It's OK - he didn't get paid.
