As for lazy - she takes the car to work instead of using her hooves and dragging her udders and fat arse half a mile from her fridge to the hospital.
That 'dead' patient isn't actually dead until a properly qualified medical practitioner has said so. Can't have any Tom Dick or Harry saying "His head's missing. He must be dead!"

Frequent happening that is once i was in this meeting where there was a lot of blah blah blah as to how reliable one of their systems must be when cleaner came in and unplugged one of the systems but to be fair she did plug it back in again;!..
In army parlance, that is only slightly worse than a 'nick' (leg or arm blown off)
