What about the foil on some insulation boards & similar things?

If its real metal foil the same thing, but from what I saw some is just a fake metal i.e. plastic vapour barrier.

I used to live in Bracknell. There were holes there - they haven't done every street. And that's a new town with ducts designed in.

I shall have to do another test, the sync and BRAS rates have both risen in the last couple of days. Curiously interleaving hasn't kicked in yet either.

Below the Universal Service Commitment level of 2 Mbps, so there should be funding available to improve those speeds. Unfortunately the "commitment" due by early 2016 is not legally binding and has undefined government speak involved. What speed is required for "functional internet access" these days?
