Insulating above bay window

It's a flat roofed bay window with about 5-6" of space in it - what's the best sort of insulation to put in? (I've thought about ringing the man who does cavity wall insulation and asking how much they'd charge but suspect they'd think I was mad for even asking)

Celotex (ie PIR foam panels) if you have either the ceiling down or the roof off for some reason. Leave 50mm above the insulation and make sure there's some ventilation from outside and that the ventilation leads somewhere it can get out.

If you are just looking in the end via the facia panels, then, sorry, I don't know...
