I have a combi boiler which is in the kitchen. when i turn on the hot water in the kitchen it is fine. But when i use the hot taps in the bathroom it becomes a problem. For the bath hot water i have to slow down the speed it comes out to enable it to be hot enough. In the bathroom sink its the same and the shower i have to turn the cold on in the sink to get the water hot enough in the shower. Also the shower is just a dribble now, as before( approx 4-6 months ago, i had new bathroom fitted) the shower was perfect. Do you think this could be a boiler problem??

Leaving aside the shower problems (whose symptoms don't fit with the rest of the story). Could you measure/calculate the flow rates at the kitchen and bath taps.
Based on what flow rate you are getting together with the boiler make/model and power rating shoudl get you some clearer advice.
