Does anyone know a product to help remove No Nails style adhesive from ceramic tiles, please?

Back or front?
Front, I'd look for some hard sharp scraper used at a very shallow angle. As used for removing paint from windows. I see you can still get those old fashioned razor blades with a single cutting edge and a stiffening rib on the other (a bit like a tenon saw). Search eBay for "Quality Metal American Line Razor Blade Window Paint Scraper & 5 Blades"
Or perhaps a wood chisel.
Back, probably something abrasive. Sanding disk on angle grinder?
