Dunno not necessarily the bloke at our chemists is an absolute mine of info:)..
Yes. More these days seem to be afraid of their own shadow though. Admittedly thats from a small sample.

Our local site wouldn't even take a part tin of dead emulsion paint. Apparently _some_ of the sites will take liquids. I suggest you call them first.
