Hi,
just laying some laminate flooring on Westco Fibreboard Underaly.
Instructions say 'every third row should be secured with tape'.
Dosen't say to what, though :-)
So is this secured:
to the floor with double sided tape,
or
secured on top to adjacent panels, which keeps the floor floating but keeps the boards in pattern.
I can see possible reasons for both strategies.
