That is only true when the washing machine is very close to the source of the hot water and that is so rare that it isn't worth making dual fill washing machines for such an uncommon situation.
Doesn't even pay for the higher cost in the washing machine even when it is installed that close to the source of hot water now either with the machine using so little water now.
Yet they are still being made!
Because there are a few loons like you that are silly enough to demand them and they get to pay the higher cost.
Plenty things still being made around the world that are long past their 'best by' date.
Ah well, if you had presented such a coherent and well reasoned argument in the first place...
