Additional socket, is this acceptable?

You need to identify the cable feeding it as 30 amps is too large for the normal 2.5mm TW&E. However, you don't need to use an FCU when converting an immersion heater circuit to a radial. Change the MCB to a 20 amp one.

Help, trying to sell and I feel like there's a rat....

Does this include posting your homes for sale on web sites? I've been doing some research, and I've noticed the big sites are annoying because its often hard to get a good idea of exactly where the home is located and what the prices in that area are.

Seaming Laminate Countertop

I was unable to find it on the The Delta or Porter Cable web sites. It may have been discontinued. You could try looking on the Formica or Wilsonart web sites for the tool which was designed to make the job easier. Joe G

you did not say what the problem was so far you did mention the symptoms has the wood warped or has the canvas shrunk maybe humidifying the canvas would allow it to relax and then some stiffeners could be attached there are some good sites about art restoration iirc some museums ...
