Some of the sites say that you can cut it. If you cut it in 1 foot lengths, can power be connected to each?
Wouldn't a smart paranoid guy like you have an old sacrificial laptop lying around to run Google (and other scary sites) stuff so you can stop seeing white web pages?

According to https://tethys.pnnl.gov/project-sites/la-rance-tidal-barrage the installed capacity is 240MW... so in the grand scheme of things a 25% load factor is not that surprising.
So do the apps and web sites from other retailers but that doesn't mean that the "in-stock" items are actually on the shelves or even physically in the stores.
