I'm fed up with the naff design of my bath that carefully channels the water from having a shower and dumps it on to the floor.. (the floorboard has gone rotten now!)

You might be referring to 100 and 101 which are the loft or insulated ceilings and do allow that.

I got load bearing sites. The non load bearing sites will be covered by OSB and 2X4 strips for the 2X4 studs attached to the OSB. What it looks like so far... http://www.zekfrivolous.com/misc/basement.JPG greg
