When tiling a bathroom wall, what should the top edge which meets the ceiling be -- a final tile edge, or a final grout edge? Thanks!

If you stop a foot or so below the ceiling, use the same bullnose trim.you are probably using on the sides.
If you are tiling all the way to the ceiling, stop about 1/4" away and caulk, just like you caulk the inside corners and the tub rim..
