Build removed a 3'X2' section of the exterior stucco wall for plumbing repairs. It has been patched but the patch is outlined by cracks all around the periphery Apparently they did not use appropriate bonding agent. They want to make repairs and I wonder if caulk is adequate or should they remove some of wall and refinish with stucco and the appropriate bonding agent. Thank you, Seamus J. Wilson
