I am going to be painting a concrete block house with a smooth stucco finish that has lots of peeling paint and a couple of hairline stairstep cracks. Does a primer serve the same purpose as a sealer for prepping areas where the paint has been removed when pressure cleaning or will both a sealer and a primer be needed?
Any recommendations for primers and sealers for this kind of application?
