Patch holes in plastic sheets

Jun 03, 2006 1 Replies

I have rainguards underneath the deck, the plastic "wavy" kind of sheets. I had them remounted (they were sagging a little), so now I have holes in them from the old screws.

I'm looking for something to patch these holes. My initial thought was to put some small round (paper) stickers, 1/4" diameter, over the holes, then paint over some sort of epoxy glue that hardens. The stickers are only there to provide a surface for the glue to adhere to.

Any recommendations on what sort of epoxy to get? I need something with a relatively long drying time (30-60 minutes) that applies easily and is very durable.

Thanks.
