Installing a wood floor over another wood floor

Hi Folks, I want to install a 3/4" oak floor over an existing wood floor. Is there some sort of barrier material I need to put between the floors to prevent squeeking.

Are you talking about squeaking from the new floor or from the original floor that'll be below it?
