Adaptor for light bulbs?

Friends, Recently through no fault of my own I had 3 outside lights fail due to corrosion of the wiring at the base of the bulb holders.

Unfortunately they are of the cheap push in the wires type which has rendered them useless!

Just before they failed I had bought a job lot of Halogen bulbs which are now surplus to requirements but I would like to use them!

Does anyone know of an ES adaptor for my new lights that will accept push-in Halogen bulbs?

Regards Peter.

shouldnt be a problem. Just insert something smooth and steel fractionally wider than the cable to push the contacts apart, retract copper wire, retract steel, rotating it to enable retraction. A pcb drill bit comes to mind.

no.

There's any number of ES to G9 adaptors. But I have no idea if they will fit *your* lights because you don't say what fittings your lights or your halogen bulbs are.

Many thanks to all whio contributed,
