Removing roof cement from brick

Any suggestions on how to remove latest high quality roofing cement from brick. Tried goof off, lighter fluid, scraping. Any other ideas? Thanks.

Try freezing it and picking off the pieces. A Co2 extenguisher, or a big canned air might work, I would try ice cubes first
