Anyone Hear of This New Basement Refinishing "System?"

Someone's pitching a styrofoam/aluminum lathe, plaster version of the Owens Corning removable wall boards. The price is phe-n0-men-al. Just like to know if anyone is familiar with it and if a DIY'er could get their hands on *anything* to go with aluminum studs--mold-proof, rot-proof, etc.

haven't had experience with what such a product. however, i have used

2" foam, held in place by a two inch metal z strip, which is fastened to the concrete with powder actuated fasteners or tapcons or whatever. its then covered with drywall. the z strips are made by USG. i get them at a drywall supply place. adding up the parts, you are probably looking at over 30 bucks for a 4X8 section of wall.
