hello, we recently bought a home and the bedrooms are really small. We are wanting to tear out one wall between two of the bedrooms. the wall that we are wanting to come down is a support wall that is a 10 to 12 foot wall aprox. Since it is a support wall, and we dont want any straight up and down support sections, what type, and size of wood can we use to make a beam across the ceiling that will be a support beam??? thanks
