For years, I used and liked Lotus Organiser, but no longer have Smartsuite. There are various freeware options available - any recommendations? Not web based, and suitable for a W10 32 bit laptop.
Thanks.

Thanks Chris. Organiser was really a PC based Filofax, it even looked like Filofax, complete with six 'holes' punched in each page. The part I miss is the personal telephone and address section. I know most people keep such things on a smartphone these days, but I rarely use a mobile, so something on my laptop would be useful.
That sounds like the PC ported version of the original Organizer for RISC OS, that I still use on this RISC OS machine. I've not found anything better for things like insurance etc reminders. And reminder alarms of all sorts. But I'd guess it's not flashy enough looking for today's generation.

I neither want nor need flashy. Just found a freebie called InMyDiary which looks promising.
It looks a bit similar, but nothing like as many facilities as Organizer. But may do what you need.
Perhaps not - although making it look like a Filofax was maybe flashy in its day.
Mainly because of keeping things clear for a small screen and not using too much memory/processing power?
I can see that. Although having this diary being secure from hacking has some merit. ;-) All those dates for insurance etc renewal would be quite commercially valuable.
