Best to use a specialist for that. Pallet loads tend to suggest something fairly robust.

Yebbut old pianos are just that We moved our iron framed one several times in a big van, it stood up to all kinds of mishandling until two of our toddler boys find a new hobby - lifting the upper lid and walking along the hammers :-(

"It" is a 10 coil cellar-style beer cooler. The type that builds a big ice bank, into which the product coils (upto 12) are dipped, through which you pass your beer from keg to tap thus de-elevating the temperature of said beer from room to circa 5 deg C.

DHL have shipped a couple of those for me in the past to European Shipyards for use in fit outs on cruise ships and ferries. They were mounted on pallets. It was lugging them up to a deck 12 before the lifts had been commissioned that stopped me doing that lark.

I would think one would easily fit into a Xantia the right way up .Most of those units separate into two sections with the lid and coils lifting out as unit. Most brewery service depts used ordinary estate cars like astras or escorts etc and the cooler manufactures mindful of their market sized them to fit.

As an aside I use a version of one to heat the shed. Wouldn't work for a house but attempting to cool down the contents of two waterbutts and dumping the heat into the shed keeps it warm as toast . 800Watts rather than 1or 2 KW.
