Any decent weld shop should be able to do the SS for you. Get a price first. Some will do it for coffee money, others have a $100 minimum.

What to use to paint metal black?

rather than use a marker, why not go to a hobby shop and get a paint pen? Same mode of application, but it dispenses paint, not indelible ink. nate
