has anyone tried sealtech sealer (ace hardware) and how well it worked (if it did). liked the uv resistance. i wished it was a silicone based sealer.

The oil based sealtech works quite well. We used it to waterproof the floor of a Durango Railroad Historical Society's narrow gauge flat car on display in Silverton, CO.
