How do I remove a stuck whirlpool cap from the agitator?
Take a hose clamp and clamp 2 pull straps (large ty wraps work ok) to the dispenser and pull upward with impact to assist it breaking loose.

stucco wall /exterior/ hanging 10 lbs decor?
Is it a frame structure with stucco on top? If so, find the stud and use a large enough screw or lag bolt. Concrete block and stucco? Use masonry anchors.
