who fixes cast iron radiators that leak

I have cast iron radiators that leak ... some leak from the on/off knob and others leak from "somewhere else". Who do I call to have these fixed? Do I need them to be removed, flushed, repainted & repaired?

You need to call a HVAC contractor that works on hydronic heat systems

How big of a leak that is? If it's a small drip between the sections, you may want to try to drain the system, so the surface at the point of the leak is dry. Then clean the surface really well and sand-paper to the metal, then use marine grade epoxy or JB Weld to cover the area where you think the water is seeping through. Then paint over the patch when the glue is set with radiator paint.

To have them "removed, flushed, repainted and repaired" is a huge undertaking, in some cases perhaps worth considering installing new ones instead.
