what is the time allowed before driving on a new 4" concrete driveway?

It should be fine in a week for vehicles under 2-tons. But, if possible, give it a month to cure along with the sealer before any vehicle traffic. This just ensures you won't be microscopically cracking anything nor creating any wheel troughs.
