Want to know grade and thickness for 2 separate concrete pads. One will be housing a mobile home 60' X 30' with the pad being 40' X 70' and the other will just be a base pad for a 2500 gallon above ground water tank. The better the specifications the better the outcome right?
Sorry but, anywhere but your local Building or Zoning Department is the wrong place for an answer. They may be fine with a 3,500 psi concrete mix at 6-inches thick on a 6-inch bed of 3/4 gravel with control joints every 10-feet. Only they would know.
