Trying to replace my fan element in Neff oven - simple apart from the fact that 4 of the screws seem to have rusted in and I can't move them - Help

This isn't specific to Neff ovens, but did you try to douse the screws with WD-40 and let them sit for awhile, soaked in WD-40? It should help to break down the rust. Can't use the oven during that time, obviously, and even after that wait until WD-40 evaporates and/or wipe out excess liquid. It's flammable.
