Had soil stack replaced now it has two leaks one at the top and the other at the bottom

what and how can we glue or what do we use? Help!!!

Use (Call-back) the Plumber that did the replacement, they should readily warranty their work and profusely apologize for the inconvenience. Otherwise, you must only use the approved PVC fittings with the approved PVC Primer and Cement, like sold at all Hardware and Home Improvement stores.
