The fireplace has been cleaned including all lines blown out and burner plate cleaned. This is a direct vent heat n glow. Please help....I miss the heat and the big beautiful flame. Fireplace produces 27,000 btu.
Check the shut of valve and be sure it is open all the way. Was it working properly before cleaning? Also could be a problem with your gas pressure regulator.
