4 separate old concrete slabs 2 are raising up

I have a small enclosed on 4 sides court yard with 4 slabs about 8 x 10 ft. which extends under my siding about an inch. Two of the slabs are rising up in the center so when it rains water pools backward toward the house instead of toward a drain located in a corner. Being a semi handicapped senior my budget is even more handicapped. I am wondering about a simple cheap solution to make the water head toward the drain and away from the house. I think the cause of the raising up is water getting into the separations between the slabs and freezing in winter. Most of my ideas are probably impractical, one idea I have been considering is to fill the separtions with a silicone concrete sealer to prevent water from getting in there. My ideas on raising the slant to head toward the drain are probably foolish and impractical. Anyone have a simple and cheap idea on how to fix this problem before it starts doing real damage. Due to its location there is limited access to it.

I get the budget constraints, but I'd still call-in a Mason to get their ideas of even just blasting the soil beneath away with a Pressure Washer from the joints. Cheap, easy, quick and may remove the bulge for a permanent fix...might be just $100, ask the neighbors for any Contractors they used to do them a quick little favor or just a consultation.
