Screwdriver bit holder for Stanley Yankee

Does the group have any experience of screwdriver bit holder that can be used in a Stanley Yankee 131B spiral screwdriver. A friend had made one for his 130 out of a standard magnetic holder but the 131 requires a thicker shaft than the standard 1/4 inch bit holder has. Thanks in advance.

Highland Hardware sells them and I think Lee Valley and Mc Feeley's sell them.

3 tips:

Do you have a welder? Weld a 1/4" 6-point socket or magnetic hex drive shank onto an existing bit that has been filed or ground down.

Or grind a 1/4" square end on a Yankee bit. That would allow you to use any size socket as a nut driver.

Or spend $18 here:
