Actually, so long as one is able to follow directions, and has a Lefse griddle (available from Bethany in Minneapolis), making lefse isn't that hard. The keys are chilling to make rolling easier, lots of flour and a real hot griddle.

It's the Lutefisk that I still can't stomach.
