CAn anyone tell me where to get a pattern for a Wishing Well?

Draw you own - you'll be happier with it.

Any book on hard garden landscaping (walls etc.) will build the base.

Something on basic timber-framing and sheds (or garden pergolas) will give you the roof design.

Scrollsawing books have many plans for gingerbread sides.

Books of fairy stories, Arthur Rackham's artwork, or pictures of Victorian house trim will give you lots of inspiration on details.
