Low Spots in Floor

My living room floor is natural wood; however, it has a great deal of low spots. Are there any suggestions on how to repair or replace the floor?

It depends on what you mean by low spots, are the low spots from wear (ie the wood is worn down) or from a sagging floor?

If it's from wear, about the only thing you can do is have the rest of the floor sanded down. If it's from a sagging floor, then the first thing you need to do is fix what is causing the floor to sag.
